India Volunteer Coordinator (IVC)  

Applications for our 2012 India Volunteer Coordinators (IVCs) are now open! This is an exciting opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the development and voluntary sectors as well as seeing and working in India. The role of IVC is vital, not only in ensuring the success of the volunteer programme, but also in our wider organisational goals. The IVC will work together to provide on-the-ground support for DiA's volunteer placement scheme in India. They will be responsible for supporting volunteers, maintaining good communication between India and the UK, building on DiA's relationship with our Indian partners, and completing assessments and research. The post will involve a considerable amount of travel between placements.
