Grace Collier

UK Programmes Officer

Grace has a keen interest in International Development and promoting Global Citizenship. This passion was further embraced in 2014 following an exchange trip to South Africa. As a result, Grace has worked hard to mobilise others to make a difference alongside adopting many volunteer roles from a number of fields. She is therefore excited to start work with the DIA as the UK Programme Officer.

Born and bred in Manchester, Grace is at home in the city. However, she enjoys travelling and exploring new towns and cities – both in the UK and abroad -, usually winding up at a cosy little coffee shop with a book in hand. Grace is; a food fanatic, always experimenting with flavours from across the globe, an exercise eccentric who loves long distance running and an animal admirer, who never fails to swoon at a passing pet! She begins her first year at The University of Manchester this year, reading Modern History and Politics, hoping this will open new avenues for her, creating opportunities in Humanitarianism.
